Cinco de Mayo

On Cinco de Mayo there was some stuff going on in the quad at my school.

Mariachi music, check. Mexican Flag colored balloons, check...
'Chata, check. Bottled lime juice, check. Novelty blow up sombrero, check. Fake Chicharones, check....
Folklorico dancer, check...
Pinatas, and Hecho en Mexico Shirt, check. Now we can start. Ariba!
I just liked this guys shirt and smile. Si se puede.

It was my brother Jose's birthday too so I headed to Fresno. My mom made sopes and got a strawberry pizza. You could see my pop, my nephews and I in the mirror.
We headed to the tower for a hair cut and saw this cool mural on the side of the building...photo shoot please. Only a rat tail of that precious hair is left.
Yours truly.

Mexico 2009

I went down to TJ, Mexico for my spring break. This was my second year. I was an interpreter for a missions group. It was good times. I consumed many Manzana Lift's and Tostilocos (YouTube this) minus the pork skin.

She said we must be related 'cause my Grandfather Gonzalez and she are from the same small town and both have the same last name. She kinda' looks like one of my uncles.

Smile now, cry later.
Sunday soccer, all day, this was a girl game, they were rough.

El Canion de Emiliano Zapata, the place.
Bling, these kids superglue little fake dimonds to there teeth.

They were acting dead.

this house kinda' looked like an owl face.
A massive Jesus statue a few miles from Puerto Nuevo.

Venders at the Border.

Biola Preview

Ezra and I went down to So Cal this weekend. We hung out with Glenn, Joy, went to South Coast Plaza, Huntington Beach, and toured Biola. They had a great Art Department, if you attend you get a minor in Biblical Studies. We met up with Emily, she took us to the local late night hang out spot in La Mirada.
This painting of Jesus Christ was my favorite thing about the campus and the weekend.

Great food and drink.
Before.
After the damage.
Freestyle.
Old soul for new voices.

New/Old, Sold

I worked on this one for a while. I think the only thing that isn't on it at this stage is the signature. I signed and sold it on Sunday. Thank You!
